Job Description: We are seeking skilled Backend and Fullstack .NET Developers to fill multiple positions with our partner companies in Oslo. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in .NET development and experience with various frontend frameworks. You will have the chance to work on exciting projects, contributing to both in-house product development and consulting engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain web applications using .NET and frontend frameworks.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
* Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
* Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
* Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a .NET Developer.
* Strong knowledge of frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
* Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
* Experience with version control systems like Git.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with cloud services such as Azure or AWS.
* Knowledge of database management systems like SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
* Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
