D365 Business Central Consultant

We're working with a well-established Microsoft Partner in Cape Town that is looking to expand its Dynamics 365 Business Central practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Functional Consultant to join a collaborative team delivering end-to-end ERP implementations across a diverse client portfolio.

You'll work closely with customers to understand business requirements, design practical solutions, configure Business Central, and support successful project delivery. The role offers exposure to a variety of industries, ensuring no two projects are the same.

Responsibilities

* Deliver end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations.
* Facilitate client workshops to gather and document business requirements.
* Analyse business processes and recommend best-practice ERP solutions.
* Configure and customise Business Central to meet client requirements.
* Produce functional specifications and solution design documentation.
* Work closely with technical consultants and developers throughout delivery.
* Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-user training.
* Support data migration and go-live activities.
* Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

* 4+ years' experience as a Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV Functional Consultant.
* Experience delivering multiple full lifecycle Business Central/NAV implementations.
* Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Distribution, or Warehouse Management processes.
* Experience gathering requirements and running client workshops.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating with project teams.
* Microsoft certifications (MB-800, MB-820) are advantageous.
