Microsoft Cloud & Digital Workplace Specialist - Up to HKD60k

Our client is looking for an experienced Microsoft Cloud & Digital Workplace Specialist to join its IT Infrastructure team.This position will play a key role in shaping cloud infrastructure, digital workplace solutions, identity management, security, and AI enablement across a global business.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, implement, and continuously enhance enterprise Microsoft cloud and digital workplace solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and operational excellence.
* Drive architecture, integration, and governance across Microsoft technologies, including cloud infrastructure, collaboration, identity, security, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
* Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that improve business processes, productivity, and user experience.
* Define and maintain architecture standards, security best practices, and governance frameworks to ensure compliance and business continuity.
* Lead technical solution design, provide architectural guidance for complex projects, and mentor engineering teams on best practices.
* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, regional teams, vendors, and business leaders to deliver technology initiatives aligned with organisational objectives.

Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
* At least 10 years of experience within enterprise IT, cloud infrastructure, digital workplace, or solution architecture.
* Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience designing and delivering Microsoft cloud and workplace solutions in a large-scale enterprise environment.
* Strong understanding of Microsoft cloud services, productivity platforms, identity management, security technologies, and enterprise collaboration solutions.
* Experience supporting AI-enabled workplace technologies or modern productivity initiatives would be highly advantageous.
* Knowledge of cloud security, identity governance, access management, information protection, and compliance best practices.
* Experience with workflow automation, low-code platforms, or business process optimisation is preferred.
* Good understanding of hybrid cloud environments, enterprise networking, monitoring, and infrastructure architecture.
* Experience with scripting or automation tools such as PowerShell, Python, or similar technologies.
* Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
* Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Excellent written and spoken English. Cantonese and/or Mandarin would be advantageous for collaboration with regional stakeholders.
