Principal AI Engineer - Insurance - London - £175K

Working with a Lloyd's of London reinsurance firm in the city who are revolutionising the way they operate with the use of AI. This is a role for someone with the desire to join a business who genuinely want to be the best in their field, hire the very best people and that reward their employees accordingly. They're looking for a very strong and capable AI Engineer who is passionate about emerging technology and have an understanding of everything relevant to deployment and usage of AI tools within the insurance space.

Experience required includes:

* GCP (Google Cloud) platform experience
* GCP agent management
* AI strategy & Architecture experience
* Anthropic Claude
* Experience deploying AI tools at an enterprise grade (understanding of how to roll these tools out from an infrastructure and policy perspective)
* Insurance industry experience
* Understands process, best practice and a forward thinker

Desirable requirements

* Salesforce & MuleSoft experience
* Lloyds of London reinsurance experience

Salary is around the £160,000 mark with very comprehensive benefits and bonus.
