Nigel Frank are partnering with a purpose-driven organisation to appoint a Head of Digital, Data & Technology - a high-impact leadership role driving digital transformation in a complex, people-focused environment.This is a unique opportunity to shape how digital, data, and technology enable front line services, improve decision-making, and enhance operational effectiveness.

The Opportunity

Joining at a pivotal time, you'll lead the delivery of a digital and data agenda. A recent review has identified significant opportunities to improve digital maturity, strengthen infrastructure, and unlock better use of data.You'll balance strategic leadership with pragmatic delivery, embedding digital thinking across the organisation while ensuring secure, reliable technology foundations.

Key Responsibilities

* Define and deliver a digital & data strategy and transformation road map aligned to organisational goals
* Champion a data-driven culture, improving how teams capture, interpret and use data
* Lead cross-functional digital initiatives, bringing teams together to co-design solutions
* Oversee technology infrastructure and managed service providers, ensuring reliability and value
* Strengthen cyber security, data governance, and risk management practices
* Drive adoption of emerging technologies (including AI) in a thoughtful and practical way
* Engage senior stakeholders and board-level colleagues with clear reporting and insights

What We're Looking For

* Proven leadership experience delivering digital transformation and organisational change
* Strong understanding of data, technology strategy, and governance
* Track record of working with senior stakeholders and managing complex programmes
* Experience overseeing IT operations / MSPs and budgets
* Ability to influence, communicate, and bring people on the journey
* A pragmatic, hands-on leader who balances ambition with realism
