Lead AI Architect - Hybrid (London) - GenAI, ML, Cloud - Up to £110,000

You will work with

In this role, you'll be the person clients look to when they want to scale AI properly. You'll be:

* Shaping and owning the AI architecture strategy for major Insurance organisations.
* Designing and implementing scalable, production‑ready AI solutions end‑to‑end.
* Integrating new AI capabilities with complex, existing Insurance systems and cloud setups.
* Applying the latest GenAI and ML techniques to real business challenges.
* Working hand‑in‑hand with Enterprise, Data, and DevOps Architects, plus Data Scientists, MLOps & GenAI Engineers.
* Helping clients modernise and become data‑driven across the full Insurance value chain.

It's a mix of deep technical architecture and senior client engagement, perfect if you enjoy both.

Key experience

* Solid experience as an AI Architect working in large, complex organisations.
* Strong background in Generative AI, ML, and modern AI architecture patterns.
* Experience designing scalable, enterprise‑grade AI solutions.
* Ideally, some familiarity with the Insurance or wider FS sector.
* Strong communication skills , you're comfortable advising senior stakeholders and shaping direction.
* Experience working with cross‑functional technical teams (Data Scientists, DevOps, MLOps, etc.).
