Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant

Salary: Up to £80,000

We are seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to lead the delivery of high‑quality Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, analyse business processes, design effective solutions, and drive successful end‑to‑end system implementations.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead full‑lifecycle Dynamics 365 CRM implementation projects.
* Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable, future‑proof solutions.
* Design, configure, and customise Dynamics 365 applications to meet client needs.
* Provide expert guidance on best practices, solution architecture, and platform capabilities.
* Manage product backlogs, create user stories, and produce functional specifications.
* Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities.
* Deliver end‑user training and provide ongoing support post‑implementation.
* Ensure solution quality, performance, and adherence to project governance.
* Build strong, trusted client relationships and mentor junior consultants.

Skills & Experience
* Proven experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
* Strong hands‑on experience with PowerApps and Power Automate (Flows).
* Demonstrated leadership across large‑scale or complex projects.
* Excellent business process mapping and requirements‑gathering capabilities.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
* Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
