Implementation Engineer - £60,000 - Remote

About the Role
My client is seeking a Software Implementation Engineer to lead the successful delivery and configuration of a compliance-focused software platform for global clients. This is a hands-on role where you will manage end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring systems are tailored to meet customer requirements and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and execute implementation plans and work packages
* Gather and document client requirements, configuring systems accordingly
* Develop User Acceptance Testing scripts and oversee testing phases
* Deliver client training sessions and create supporting documentation
* Provide post-implementation support and drive continuous improvement
* Report and resolve software changes or bugs within project timelines

What We're Looking For

* Strong technical skills in SQL, HTML/CSS, Excel VBA
* Experience with software implementation and support
* Familiarity with supply chain planning/ERP systems
* Knowledge of product compliance regulations (e.g., RoHS, REACH, WEEE, Conflict Minerals)
* Experience with PLM systems such as PTC Windchill, Teamcenter, Oracle Agile, or SAP PLM
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously
* Exposure to ASP.NET/C# development preferred
