Business Central Specialist - Carlsbad, CA

We are seeking a Business Central Specialist to lead the US rollout and ongoing management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This role oversees the full ERP lifecycle, ensures alignment with global standards, and drives integration with finance, supply chain, and other business systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead ERP implementation, deployment, and optimization, including documentation and system integration (BI, WMS, PLM).
*

Collaborate with executives, department leads, and IT to drive adoption and manage change.
*

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
*

Coordinate with IT and support ERP initiatives across related global brands.

Qualifications

*

Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
*

Experience in ERP implementation and management, ideally in multinational environments.
*

Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, or manufacturing processes.
*

Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
*

BI, WMS, or PLM experience a plus.
