Business Intelligence Manager
Salary: £75,000 + Bonus
I am partnering with a forward-thinking organisation that is investing heavily in modernising its analytics and reporting capabilities. They are seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to lead the development, optimisation and strategic use of BI solutions across the Group.

This role is pivotal in shaping how the organisation leverages data for decision‑making. While hands-on technical contribution may be required the primary focus is on leading the BI function, enhancing data insights and ensuring the business has access to high‑quality, reliable reporting. You will collaborate closely with technology teams, analysts and senior stakeholders to embed a culture of data-driven thinking.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

* Leading the BI strategy and ensuring alignment with wider business objectives.
* Overseeing the development and maintenance of dashboards, reporting suites and self‑service BI capabilities.
* Managing the end‑to‑end BI lifecycle - requirements gathering, data modelling, visualisation and delivery.
* Managing, mentoring and developing a high‑performing BI team.
* Partnering with senior stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

* Proven experience in BI leadership or senior BI positions (e.g., BI Manager, BI Lead, Senior BI Developer).
* Strong knowledge of modern BI and analytics tools, ideally including Power BI.
* Solid understanding of data modelling, data warehousing and reporting best practices.
* Experience working with cloud data platforms (Azure preferred).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.
