My client is a trusted Microsoft Partner who delivers end-to-end implementation and support services for Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM, ERP, and related business technologies. They are now seeking a dynamic, results-driven (Senior) Sales Executive with a hunter mentality to join their growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, thrives on winning new business, and is motivated by success and financial rewards.

Key Responsibilities

* Proactively identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities in Hong Kong and the region.
* Drive the full sales cycle - from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closing deals.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities across CRM, ERP, and other business application solutions.
* Collaborate with the pre-sales and technical teams to tailor solutions that meet client business needs.
* Stay up to date with market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
* Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and performance goals.

Requirements

* Experienced in B2B sales, ideally within CRM, ERP, or other enterprise software/business applications.
* Strong hunter mentality - proactive, self-motivated, and driven by achieving results.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Experience in selling Microsoft Dynamics or similar business solutions (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a strong advantage.
* Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
* Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
