Technical Project Manager

London (Hybrid)

Contract length: 6 months (outside IR35)



I'm currently recruiting for a Project Manager to support delivery within the construction / engineering sector, working across business, commercial teams and third-party vendors (incl. AI/data providers).



Key Responsibilities

Deliver projects across digital, AI or data initiatives
Manage 3rd party vendors and internal stakeholders
Own reporting, risk and governance
Support bid, tender and commercial processes
Drive strong business engagement throughout delivery

Required Skillset:

Project Management experience within construction, engineering, or similar sectors

Experience supporting bids, tenders, RFPs, or business development activities

Understanding of enquiry → bid → contract lifecycle

Commercial awareness (pricing, winning and delivering work)

Experience delivering projects involving AI, data, or digital transformation

Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g. Azure) and data tools (e.g. Power BI)

Familiarity with integrating or working alongside third-party technology vendors

Understanding of Agile / Scrum delivery environments

Strong vendor management and stakeholder engagement
