The Role

We are seeking an Applied AI Engineer to help build and deploy AI-native systems that solve real business and customer challenges.

This is not a purely research-focused position. You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing practical AI solutions that automate workflows, enhance products, improve operational efficiency, and deliver measurable value.

What You'll Be Building

* AI agents, automation tools, and intelligent workflows that solve customer, product, and operational challenges.
* Applications leveraging LLMs, retrieval systems, tool calling, evaluations, guardrails, and automation frameworks.
* AI-powered experiences across onboarding, customer support, KYC, risk assessments, CRM functions, operations, document processing, and product intelligence.
* Production-ready AI solutions developed in close collaboration with product and engineering teams.
* Scalable systems balancing accuracy, reliability, security, compliance, latency, and cost considerations.
* Automation frameworks that streamline manual processes and improve business efficiency.

What We're Looking For

* Strong software engineering background with hands-on development experience.
* Proven experience building AI agents, LLM applications, RAG systems, automation platforms, copilots, or AI-driven products.
* Strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
* Practical understanding of where AI can deliver value and where traditional solutions are more appropriate.
* Track record of shipping high-quality, production-ready systems.
* Experience within fintech, banking, support automation, risk, KYC, fraud prevention, CRM, or operational automation is highly advantageous.
