We are seeking a strategic and driven Business Unit Lead for our Microsoft Dynamics CRM/ERP division. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and expand the Microsoft Dynamics CRM/ERP business unit while meeting performance and growth targets.
- Coach and develop a team of consultants, fostering their professional growth.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain delivery quality across projects.
- Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to drive sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft and other key partners.

**What We're Looking For:**
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and/or ERP).
- Demonstrable leadership and business development background.
- Inspirational leadership style with strong commercial acumen.
- Fluent in Swedish and comfortable communicating in English.
- Solid understanding of consulting operations and project delivery processes.
