Your Role

As a Dynamics 365 CE Developer, you will play a key role in designing and developing modern CRM solutions that drive customer success. You'll work in agile teams alongside solution architects, consultants, and technical specialists to deliver high-quality business applications based on Microsoft's Power Platform.

Your key responsibilities include:

Developing, extending, and customizing Dynamics 365 CE solutions using best-in-class tools and technologies.

Designing and building plugins, custom workflows, business rules, and integrations to meet client requirements.
*

Working closely with stakeholders to gather functional needs and translate them into technical designs.

Collaborating with UI/UX teams to enhance customer journeys and user interfaces.
*

Participating in code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing performance.
*

Keeping up with the latest Microsoft technologies and contributing to internal knowledge sharing.

Documenting solutions and providing technical guidance to end users and junior developers

What We're Looking For

We're searching for an experienced and motivated developer who enjoys working in fast-paced environments and is committed to excellence.

Essentials:

Solid experience developing and customizing Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) solutions.
*

Strong proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
*

Deep understanding of Dynamics CE architecture: entities, workflows, security models, forms, and business rules.
*

Experience with integration tools, APIs (REST/SOAP), and data migration strategies.
*

Working knowledge of Power Platform, Power Automate, and custom connectors is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
*

Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-210, MB-230, PL-200, PL-400) are highly desirable.
