D365 F&O Business Analyst

New End user role - D365 F&O Business Analyst/Consultant

Tasks:

* Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather insights into operational needs, challenges, and desired outcomes.
* Design practical system functionalities by interpreting business goals into structured process models and solution frameworks.
* Oversee solution validation through structured testing phases, ensuring alignment with user expectations and business value.
* Author detailed technical and process-related documentation, including instructional materials and procedural diagrams.
* Deliver ongoing system support post-deployment, addressing performance issues and implementing corrective measures as needed.

Main requirements:

* Proven experience working on Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations projects.
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant, with strong exposure to Finance and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess current processes, analyze data and key performance metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
* Excellent communication skills and expertise in managing organizational change effectively.
