    Key Responsibilities:

    * Identify and engage potential clients to promote BC solutions.
    * Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
    * Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
    * Present product offerings and demonstrate value to clients.
    * Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation.
    * Track and report on sales activities and outcomes.

    Qualifications:

    * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
    * Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in technology or BC solutions.
    * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    * Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
