    Nigel Frank is working with a well-established Managed Service Provider in Essex to recruit an experienced IT Project Manager. This is a hybrid role, based primarily from the Essex head office, with occasional travel to new and existing client sites across the South East.

    This role focuses on client onboarding, offboarding and IT transition projects, ensuring smooth handover of systems and services with minimal disruption. You'll take ownership of projects from initial assessment through to delivery and closure, working closely with internal technical teams and external stakeholders.

    The Role

    Lead end-to-end IT transition, onboarding and infrastructure projects
    Own project planning, delivery, governance, risk and financial control
    Carry out initial assessments and light technical audits of new client environments as part of onboarding
    Coordinate internal teams, subject matter experts and third-party suppliers
    Manage stakeholders, timelines, budgets and delivery expectations

    What We're Looking For

    Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, ideally within an MSP environment
    Strong experience delivering client onboarding, service transition or infrastructure projects
    Comfortable performing high-level technical audits of new client environments
    Solid understanding of IT systems, including at least three of the following: Microsoft 365 / Office 365 - Cloud technologies - Networking - Server / infrastructure environments - End-user / endpoint technologies
