    Data Governance Manager

    I am working with a hugely successful organisation based in Leeds who are looking for a Data Governance Manager to join their newly formed data practice. You will be responsible for ensure the data used across the business in reliable and governed correctly, whilst working closely with stakeholders across the wider organisation to implement data quality, governance and MDM frameworks.

    You will join a growing team where you will have the opportunity to take ownership of projects and shape the way the business uses its data. You will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you will support with a variety of exciting architectural and data migration projects.

    As part of this role you will be responsible for -

    * Develop and execute data quality strategy and data governance principles
    * Work with data engineers to ensure that data is structured correctly
    * Implement Master Data Management processes across the wider organisation
    * Work closely with technical teams to embed data quality checks into data pipeline builds to ensure data is readily available for reporting
    * Manage data governance tools and platforms

    To be successful in this role you will have.

    * Strong experience in data governance and data quality management
    * Knowledge of data warehouse architecture and cloud-based data platforms
    * Strong knowledge of data quality techniques such as validation rules and data profiling
    * Experience working on data migrations with a focus on data integrity and security

    This is a hybrid role based in the companies Leeds office. The client are offering a starting salary of up to £70,000 depending on experience as well as a full company benefits package.

    Key Responsibilities

    Client Relationship Management

    * Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

    What We're Looking For

    * 3+ years of experience in Account Management within IT consultancy
    * Proven experience working within or closely alongside software development teams
    * Strong multitasking and organisational skills
    * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
    * Commercial acumen and understanding of fee structures
    * Experience working with large clients (e.g., FTSE 100, government)
    * Knowledge of software engineering is a plus

    This role offers a competitive salary of £60,000 plus a 20-60% performance related bonus. You will benefit from flexible working including working primarily from home. Other benefits include Private Healthcare, monthly social events and access to training/certifications.

This role requires strong leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

    Role & Responsibilities

    * Develop and execute strategic plans for IT infrastructure, IT security, and compliance, aligning them with the organization's overall objectives.
