    D365 Sales Business Analyst - Fairfield, NJ - $115k - Hybrid

    Tired of beige walls, packed cubicles, and meetings that should have been emails?
    Same. That's why this role exists.

    Our client is a fast‑growing, design‑driven company in a creative industry, and we take our work seriously-but not ourselves. Our offices are anything but corporate and buttoned‑up. Think collaborative spaces, personality on display, and yes… a PlayStation in the break room. Star Wars fans, gamers, and general pop‑culture nerds will feel right at home.

    We're looking for a D365 Sales/CRM Business Analyst to join our IT team and partner closely with Sales to elevate how technology enables growth. You'll help shape and evolve our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM ecosystem, working alongside a Business Solutions Architect and a highly engaged group of stakeholders.

    This is a hybrid role based in Fairfield, NJ (3 days in, 2 days remote).

    Why You'll Like Working Here

    * Fun, human culture: Smart people, low egos, lots of laughs. No soul‑crushing cubicle farms.
    * Ideas > hierarchy: Entrepreneurial mindset encouraged. If you see a better way, speak up.
    * Tech that matters: Your work directly impacts how sales teams perform and win.
    * Hybrid flexibility: Balance focus time with in‑person collaboration.

    What You'll Be Doing

    * Owning the CRM experience: Serve as the go‑to expert for our Dynamics 365 environment-configuration, customization, administration, and ongoing optimization.
    * Turning needs into solutions: Partner with Sales and cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and translate needs into smart, scalable solutions.
    * Vendor & dev coordination: Work with external partners and internal developers-setting priorities, tracking progress, and ensuring outcomes actually match expectations.
    * Training & enablement: Identify training gaps, create practical documentation, and help users actually enjoy using the tools.
    * Support & stability: Provide second‑level support, manage service requests, and document/escalate bugs to keep systems running smoothly.

    What We're Looking For

    * Based in New Jersey
    * 3+ years of CRM experience, with most of it in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
    * Proven experience working cross‑functionally with Sales teams
    * Hands‑on experience with:

    * Dynamics 365 CRM modules
    * Power Apps & Power Automate
    * SaaS / PaaS environments

    * Strong technical foundation (SQL, .NET, CRM SDK, plugins)
    * Experience delivering large, complex systems or full lifecycle CRM implementations
    * Comfortable leading requirement gathering sessions and writing functional specs
    * Organized, analytical, adaptable-and always curious
    * Humble, collaborative, and hungry to keep learning
    * Bachelor's degree and/or relevant Microsoft certifications preferred, not required

    Compensation & Benefits

    * Competitive base salary
    * Company bonus program
    * Annual cost‑of‑living increases
    * Retirement plan with excellent contribution

    * Medical coverage with low employee cost
    * HRA, prescription, dental, and vision coverage
    * Flexible Spending Accounts (health & dependent care)

    Time Off & Perks

    * 18 paid days off per year
    * 10 paid holidays
    * Hybrid work schedule
    * Paid time off for community service (up to 3 days/year)
    * Employee discounts
    * A workplace where your personality doesn't have to stay at the door

    If you love solving problems, building better systems, and working somewhere that feels more like a creative studio than a corporate maze-this might be your place.

    Don't miss out! Apply now by sending your resume to m.potenza@nigelfrank.com or call Matt at 646-540-7521 to have a conversation about this role and the D365 talent market in general.

    Chief Revenue Officer - UK Based - £300k OTE

    Nigel Frank have been retained on a search for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead the full revenue engine for a group that has quietly built something most businesses talk about but never actually deliver. Three brands. One integrated model spanning consulting, technology, data, and managed services. Not siloed. Actually connected.

    This is a scale up mandate not a turnaround. The proposition is strong, the partnerships are live, and the delivery capability exists. What is missing is the commercial operating system and the leader to build and run it.

    You would report to the CEO, sit on the executive leadership team, and own the number. All of it. Net new, renewals, expansion, recurring revenue. Sales, marketing, partners, and customer success all report into this role.

    Day to day this means running weekly pipeline reviews with real hygiene and stage discipline, owning the forecast and variance reporting into the board, running QBRs across sales, marketing, partners, and customer revenue, and building the commercial to delivery handover rhythm with the COO to protect margin and quality. You would also lead deal desk governance including pricing strategy, qualification standards, and approval gates. This is not a figurehead role. It is operational.

    The group works across commercial mid market and not for profit sectors with a genuine right to win in CRM modernisation, data architecture, and AI readiness.

    This role will suit someone who has built and scaled a commercial function across multiple service lines, not just carried a bag. If you have only ever run a single sales team this is probably not the one.

    Basic salary from circa £160k negotiable on experience. OTE £300k plus.
