    Key Responsibilities

    * Support data gathering and early prototype development.
    * Ensure the product continues to deliver value as it evolves.
    * Analyse customer and user feedback to inform product improvements.
    * Influence product design to maintain value focus.

    Skills and Experience
    * Experience working with SMEs and end‑users to gather, refine, and articulate product requirements.
    * Skilled in stakeholder interviews, workshop facilitation, and synthesising insights.
    * Ability to communicate product and design needs within fast‑paced, cross‑functional teams.
    * Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to simplify complex information.

    Interpersonal Skills
    * Able to work across multiple workstreams and build strong stakeholder relationships.
    * Confident in identifying overlaps or gaps across portfolios.
    * Passionate about digital transformation and effective business change.

    Technical Expertise
    * Experience delivering business change within major transformation programmes.
    * Familiarity with SAFe, NG Change BMS, and the CDF framework.
    * Experience working within agile delivery environments.

    In this key role, you will:

    * Develop and enhance web-based application systems on robust, high-availability platforms.

    * Participate in functional testing, debugging, and system assurance activities.

    * Support BI system and reporting software implementation, ensuring successful deployment and user adoption.
    * Conduct UAT support, ensuring smooth project delivery and rollout.



    To be successful, you should have:

    * Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent discipline.
    * Hands-on experience in system development using at least two of the following: C# / .NET, / Java / J2EE / Node.js / EJB Framework, etc., on Linux or Windows servers.
    * Experience in implementing FanRuan FineBI or Crystal Reports is a big plus.
    * Ability to produce clear technical documentation, project reports, and specifications.
    * Able to communicate with Cantonese and English.
    * Immediate Starter is highly preferred.
