    Responsibilities:

    * Develop and maintain AL extensions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
    * Customize Business Central to meet client-specific requirements
    * Define and execute data conversions and testing procedures
    * Build integrations between Business Central and third-party applications
    * Create reports using AL, SSRS, and Visual Studio
    * Manage installations, upgrades, and updates for Business Central environments
    * Enhance custom Business Central solutions and third-party add-ons

    Qualifications:

    * 5+ years of experience developing in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central
    * Strong proficiency in AL code and writing AL extensions
    * Experience customizing Business Central (preferably v14 or newer)
    * Familiarity with Lanham EDI, E-Ship, and E-Receive
    * Solid understanding of core business processes (accounting, distribution, manufacturing)
    * Experience migrating data from legacy systems into Business Central
    * Knowledge of .NET, MS SQL, and SSRS is a plus
    * Microsoft certifications in Business Central development, installation, and configuration preferred
    * Functional knowledge of finance, supply chain, and related modules
