Our client is a leading Microsoft-focused consultancy and a trusted partner for enterprise clients investing heavily in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure.

Microsoft 365 development is the backbone of their offering - and demand continues to grow.

They are now looking for a Senior Microsoft 365 / SPFx Developer to strengthen their pro-code development capability.



💡 The Role

You will work on company premises or client-facing assignments, building modern cloud-based solutions within Microsoft 365. Many consultants are placed in long-term client engagements with organizations deeply invested in SharePoint Online and Azure.



While SharePoint today offers strong out-of-the-box functionality, clients continue to request custom-built solutions and integrations, particularly using SPFx.



Finding deep SPFx expertise is challenging, so strong developers with Microsoft and Azure Clousd experience are also encouraged to apply.

🔧 What You'll Work With

* Cloud-first environments (very limited on-prem work)



✅ Ideal Profile

* 4-8+ years of development experience
* Strong Microsoft technology background
* Experience with React and Azure
* Experience with (or willingness to learn) SPFx
* Certifications such as AZ-900 or AZ-204 are a plus
* Experience working in consulting or client-facing roles is beneficial
* This is a pro-code development role. Power Platform knowledge is valuable, but not as the primary skill set.

Role: Power Platform Developer / Solutions Architect (Microsoft CE) - Contract
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Developer and Solutions Architect specializing in Microsoft Power Platform, with deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). This role requires hands-on development experience with C# plugin workflows, architectural design of CE solutions, and comprehensive knowledge of environment and instance management within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Responsibilities:
* Design and implement scalable solutions using Power Platform, particularly Dynamics 365 CE. Dynamics 365 FS experience is a plus.
* Develop and maintain custom C# plugins, custom workflow activities, and integrations with external systems.
* Architect solutions that align with business needs and Microsoft best practices.
* Lead technical design sessions and translate business requirements into robust system designs.
* Manage and maintain Power Platform and D365 CE instances across multiple environments (Dev, QA, Prod).
* Provide governance and guidance around solution architecture, security, data model design, and integrations.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and administrators to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform, performance, or integration issues.

Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, etc.).
* 5+ years of hands-on development experience in C#, particularly with custom plugins and workflows.
* Proven experience as a Solutions Architect on enterprise Power Platform projects.
* Strong understanding of Power Automate, Power Apps (Model-Driven and Canvas), and Dataverse.
* Experience with Azure services and integration patterns (e.g., Azure Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps).
* Deep understanding of security roles, business rules, form customizations, and advanced data modeling in CE.
* Experience managing Power Platform environments, solutions, and deployment pipelines.
* Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., BitBucket, Azure DevOps).

Preferred Qualifications:
* Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert or equivalent.
* Experience with ALM practices for Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
* Experience with third-party integration tools or custom APIs.

Soft Skills:
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Proven leadership in technical decision-making.
* Ability to mentor junior developers and promote best practices.

Senior Power Platform Consultant - Glasgow (Hybrid / Remote) - £70,000



Nigel Frank are working with a Microsoft Partner that is expanding its Modern Workplace capability and is looking for a Senior Power Platform Consultant. This role will play a key part in delivering a high volume of projects across the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 stack for both public and private sector clients.



This position suits a consultant that is comfortable engaging directly with stakeholders, shaping solutions, and delivering projects end-to-end.



Your Role & Responsibilities:

* Lead the design, architecture, and technical delivery of Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions
* Deliver hands-on solutions using Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate
* Contribute to pre-sales activity, including discovery sessions, solution design, and proposal input
* Own projects end-to-end, from stakeholder engagement through to delivery
* Design and deliver integration's with third-party systems via APIs
* Mentor junior team members and support the growth of the Power Platform practice



Key Experience & Skills:

* Hands-on experience with Power Platform and Dynamics 365 (CRM)
* Strong experience working with Dataverse, including data modelling and solution design
* Proven background delivering end-to-end Power Platform projects
* Understanding of Power Platform governance and ALM (e.g. Azure DevOps)
* Confident communicator, comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
