    • Seniority: Senior

    Descripción del puesto

We're hiring: Security Operations Specialist / practice lead

I'm working with a leading Danish retail group (250+ stores + strong e-commerce in premium health & beauty) that's undergoing a major cybersecurity transformation. This is a unique chance to make a real impact on resilience, compliance, and trust across the entire organization.

    Your role:
You'll be at the heart of unifying security operations - defining and embedding best practices across Active Directory, VPNs, server patching, and more. Most importantly, you'll bring the 18 CIS Critical Security Controls to life - not just on paper, but in daily operations.

    Key areas of ownership:

    *

Defining & applying security best practices (CIS 18)
    *

Strengthening AD, VPNs & patching processes
    *

Driving vulnerability management, logging & incident response
    *

Partnering with IT Ops & business stakeholders to embed change
    *

Building a culture where security is embedded, not bolted on

This is more than a job - it's a chance to shape the future of cybersecurity operations in a well-established retail group with ambitious transformation goals.
