Sales Advisor Analytics

Analytics is a national department located in five locations, Oslo, Bergen, Trondheim, Stavanger and Kristiansand. In total Analytics has 70 analytics consultants working with data engineering, platform engineering, data analytics and data science. Analytics have an extensive knowledge of the data/analytics domain and want to increase our position in Oslo.

We seek an individual who is adept at proactively taking initiative and identifying opportunities with clients before the clients themselves recognize them. The ideal candidate should not depend on pre-existing clients but rather demonstrate the ability to independently identify potential within the market. Moreover, the candidate must possess the skill to translate intricate technical terminology into layman's terms, showcasing a profound understanding of the field.

The ideal candidate should be ambitious, assertive, proactive, and willing to take initiative. They should possess strong strategic insight and the ability to position this department as a premier consulting services in the market. The candidate must demonstrate a solid understanding of both the divisions vision and strategy, showcasing the ability to identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities.

We are seeking preferably principal consultants in data/analytics who aim to shift their focus towards sales and client development. Alternatively, experience in a comparable role may also encompass a robust sales profile with a comprehensive understanding of the field.

This role encompasses a national scope, spanning the entire country, with substantial potential and significant opportunities for the right candidate. The position provides close engagement with key partners and customers

Experience / Requirements

- Computer Science or Economics Degree
- Norwegian speaking
- Solid Analytics or Engineering background or have proven experience selling and mapping out solutions within Data and Analytics
- Experience in working in public sector / large scale enterprises to start ups.
- Proven experience in leading teams.
- Understand best practices / governance within data
- A good eye for spotting trends, understanding businesses and being able to advice clients why certain things are happening.
