A superstar in configuration and advisory work? We're helping our client who looking for a Junior CRM Consultant

Do you have a passion for creating value and helping businesses make the most of digital tools? Interested in joining our client on their continued growth journey?

As a Consultant with them, you have a strong understanding of market trends, along with both the technical and functional expertise required to provide solid advice and build robust solutions for Norwegian organisations. You'll have the opportunity to work across the full portfolio of Microsoft business applications within CRM on the Power Platform.

You're comfortable working independently, but you will also play a key role in project teams where close collaboration with clients is essential. Following a structured onboarding programme, you will join one or more customer project teams and help drive digital transformation in some of Norway's largest organisations.

Your responsibilities

* Take operational responsibility for delivering maximum customer value through Dynamics 365 CRM
* Deliver solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and related technologies such as Office 365 and Azure
* Lead requirements gathering, technical design, architecture, and estimation
* Contribute to the development and configuration of customer solutions
* Support sales processes through demos and advisory sessions
* Actively contribute to internal competence development
* Provide support and guidance to junior consultants

Your qualifications

* Higher education in a technical or business-related field (relevant experience can compensate)
* Experience with CRM systems, customer engagement, and digital transformation
* Strong business understanding and experience as an advisor/consultant
* Excellent written and spoken Norwegian
* Strong attention to quality, structure, and information security

* Holistic and structured thinker with the ability to work purposefully with ambitious clients
* Service-minded with strong communication and collaboration skills
* Able to manage long processes and build strong relationships
* Self-driven, proactive, and enjoys working in teams
