    Job Title: Dynamics 365 CRM Solutions Architect (Manchester)
    Overview
    We are looking for a highly capable Dynamics 365 CRM Solutions Architect based in Manchester to take ownership of the design, architecture, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. This role demands someone who can confidently translate complex business needs into robust, scalable technical architectures while providing clear direction and leadership across CRM programmes.
    The position suits someone with deep technical expertise, strong architectural instincts, and the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders to drive successful outcomes across the Microsoft ecosystem.

    Key Responsibilities
    * Lead the end‑to‑end architecture, design, and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
    * Convert business requirements into strong, scalable, and secure technical designs.
    * Provide technical leadership to developers, consultants, and wider delivery teams.
    * Architect and oversee integrations between Dynamics 365 and enterprise systems using Azure services, APIs, and middleware.
    * Ensure all solutions meet Microsoft best practices, security standards, and governance requirements.
    * Produce and maintain high‑quality architectural documentation and technical specifications.
    * Work with stakeholders, product owners, and business analysts to shape solution roadmaps.
    * Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and quality assurance checks.
    * Support pre‑sales activity, including solution design, scoping, and technical proposals.
    * Stay ahead of emerging Microsoft technologies and platform capabilities.

    Key Skills & Experience
    * Strong track record delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement solutions.
    * Solid understanding of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
    * Proven experience designing integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and REST APIs.
    * Strong grasp of Dataverse architecture and data modelling.
    * Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Dynamics 365 customisation and configuration.
    * Experience operating in a Solution Architect or Technical Architect capacity.
    * Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and cloud‑based solutions.
    * Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.

    Desirable Skills
    * Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service.
    * Relevant Microsoft certifications, including:
    * Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert
    * Power Platform Solution Architect
    * Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
    * Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and ALM for the Power Platform.
