About the Role

As the CRM Team Lead, you'll guide a team of developers and consultants through end-to-end CRM implementations using Microsoft technologies. You'll play a key role in both technical execution and stakeholder collaboration, ensuring high-quality solutions that align with business goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and mentoring a team of .NET and CRM developers
*

Architecting and developing CRM solutions using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
*

Overseeing integrations between CRM and custom .NET Core applications
*

Driving automation and deployments via Azure DevOps, TeamCity, and Octopus Deploy
*

Collaborating with stakeholders to define CRM strategy, scope, and roadmaps
*

Ensuring best practices and standards across all CRM development efforts

About You

*

Proven experience leading CRM or software development teams
*

5+ years of experience in back-end development using C# .NET
*

Deep understanding of Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Azure services
*

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
*

Excellent communication in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
