ERP Analyst - NAV/BC - Montgomeryville, PA - $85k

Our client is an established end user in the food and beverage space who is looking for an ERP Analyst to provide support and improvement efforts for their Dynamics 365 Business Central system.

The company has a well-respected brand name, having been in business for eighty years, with a focus on top tier customer service and remaining ahead of the curve in a constantly changing sector. They are looking for an ERP Systems Analyst with either Dynamics NAV or Business Central experience who can work closely with end users on troubleshooting, BI reporting, analysis, and creating modifications for more efficient workflows.

Your new role will involve:

* Lead support efforts on the organization's Dynamics Business Central system
* Act as the liaison between company stakeholders and the external Microsoft VAR
* Gather requirements and perform GAP fit analysis
* Document workflows and identify paths for improvement
* Assist with Business Intelligence and reporting
* Manage additional technology integration projects

What you'll need:

* Experience with Dynamics NAV and/or Business Central
* Functional background in Level 1 support, troubleshooting, and training
* Business Central implementation experience preferred
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand finance and supply chain processes and work with super users to mee these needs
* AL programming is a plus, but not required
* Knowledge of Power BI or Jet Reports a plus

ERP System Specialist- Dynamics 365 Business Central

Job Description: As a pivotal figure within the organization, the Microsoft ERP and CRM Specialist is instrumental in tailoring Dynamics 365 applications to match the company's operational needs and protocols. This role involves seamless integration of Microsoft Dynamics with other business systems to ensure consistent data flow.

Responsibilities:

* Lead the deployment and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP solutions to address organizational requirements.

* Offer guidance and training to users for maximizing application efficiency.

* Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to facilitate system utilization.

* Execute regular system upkeep and implement updates as necessary.

* Devise and execute strategies for data migration if required.

* Uphold data accuracy, integrity, and security within the Microsoft Dynamics environment.

* Assist in resolving help desk queries effectively.



Skills and Qualifications:

* Thorough grasp of CRM and ERP workflows and processes.

* Familiarity with order processing, inventory management, and asset valuation procedures.

* Proficiency in customizing, configuring, and developing within the Microsoft Dynamics framework.

* Strong problem-solving abilities and adeptness in troubleshooting.

* Effective time management, prioritization skills, and adherence to deadlines.

* Familiarity with company offerings and services.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.



License/Certification:

* Possession of Microsoft Dynamics certifications is advantageous.



Technical Proficiency:

* Demonstrated expertise as a Microsoft Dynamics Specialist, encompassing Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP.

* Knowledge of online commercial platforms and customer portals is a bonus.



Education and Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

* Previous involvement in Finance or Operations implementations is preferred.
