    SCOPO DELLA POSIZIONE
    A fronte di richieste di servizi IT da parte dei clienti e/o Bandi Gara deve:
    * Assicurare la corretta risposta/offerta attraverso analisi, progettazione del servizio richiesto, definizione dei costi e dei documenti che definiscano i parametri di servizio , sulla base delle specifiche incluse nei capitolati e/o espresse da necessita del cliente;
    * Ѐ responsabile della creazione della documentazione e presentazione dell'offerta al cliente;
    * Deve assicurare che tutte le domande del cliente abbiano una risposta.

    TASKS E RESPONSABILITÀ
    * Osservare i processi/Best Practicies di mercato ed aziendali, modalità di analisi e disegno della soluzione al fine di coprire le esigenze enunciate dal cliente ed assicurare la qualità della definizione dei progetti/servizi in ambito.
    * Definire i costi/offerte per il nuovo servizio. Inoltre deve fornire i documenti, che descrivono l'organizzazione, il modello di servizio e copertura delle esigenze/richieste;
    * Supportare il cliente nell'individuazione di possibili soluzioni tecniche e/o di servizi sulla base delle esigenze/necessità rilevate
    * Redigere e condividere il documento di progetto (fattibilità e costi) raccogliendo i contributi del team e il proprio responsabile.

    QUALIFICHE e COMPETENZE
    * Conoscenza dei processi interni ed ITIL (o altre Best Practicies e/o Metodologie)
    * Uso efficace degli strumenti IT (es Office)
    * Ottima gestione del tempo, efficienza, capacità di rispettare le scadenze
    * Buona predisposizione all'ascolto.
    * Saper condividere e comunicare e gestire le varie aree di servizio (Service Desk, Workplace Management, Operation, ecc.)

    M365 migration specialist - Up to £70K

    I'm working with a well-established Microsoft Gold Partner who have two exciting opportunities for Quest Migration Consultants. It's a challenging time for the business, they have won some exciting new projects including a health sector merger and on-going migration projects for some of their other key customers. They have a strategic alliance with Quest which means they have direct access to key personnel / resources helping the successful project delivery. This has resulted in them having an excellent record of successfully scoping, winning, and delivery complex MAD (Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures) projects, and won numerous awards on the back of this.

    The role will be delivering migration projects within Windows Server AD DS and M365 environments. It will be reporting into their M365 Practice Lead who is very professional and enjoys discussing anything technical. In terms of experience they will be looking for the following;

    Essential Skills:

    * Proven history of Microsoft Windows Server AD DS cross-forest / cross-domain migrations (full project lifecycle).
    * Proven history of M365 tenant to tenant migrations (full project lifecycle).
    * Good working experience of Windows Server AD DS and core infrastructure services.
    * Good working experience of Microsoft M365 and Azure AD / Entra ID.
    * Basic working experience of core data services including Exchange Server / Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, etc.
    * Quest ODM AD / 365 experience

    Not essential but nice to have:

    * Working experience of ShareGate and SharePoint Migration Tool (SPMT) would be beneficial
    * Quest technical certifications in Quest ODM AD, Quest ODM 365 and Quest Domain Move
    * Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
