Due to significant growth in project pipeline, this well recognised MS Gold Partner are looking to add a Project Manager to their professional services team . The company are a Microsoft Charter Partner for Content AI, with a global customer base in more than 25 countries. They are a specialist provider of digital transformation solutions, focussed on Microsoft 365 and other latest technologies such as AI/Machine Learning

The role requires someone from a strong project management background with project delivery experience in B2B environment, ideally working for an IT Consultancy providing Digital transformation and/or Cloud transformation services using Microsoft technologies. It will be working across their full portfolio of technology areas which includes Microsoft 365, Azure, hybrid cloud and software development.

Essential Skills:

* 2+ years IT project management experience
* Basic technical understanding of core Microsoft services and offerings such as SharePoint, M365 & Azure
* Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile and/or PRINCE2 qualified), tools (Microsoft Project), and techniques.
* Knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development life cycle, and information security concepts

Not essential but nice to have:

* Experience working with a Microsoft Partner is advantageous

I am currently working with Microsoft Gold Partner on their Office 365 Trainer position. This role requires any candidate to have at least a Top Secret clearance. The position is on-site 5 days a week in Arlington, VA. This resource will be responsible for developing training materials and training the on-site technical resources on administrative tasks and functions. This resource will be included in the early stages of the project to assist with scoping the training needs for the overall project.

Qualifications:

* 4-5+ years of performance consulting and training development experience required.
* 3-5 year of experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Administrative or training)
* Must have an excellent, broad-based knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office 365 products.
* Familiarity with latest Microsoft Office 365 product functionality and any updates released.
* Demonstrated presentation design and facilitation skills

Responsibilities:

* Design, develop and deliver highly effective Microsoft Office 365 end-user training.

Our client, a Microsoft Partner, is looking to add a Customer Engagement Lead/CSM to its team. This is a customer facing position with the goal of selling client's products and services to customers. This role is a high level individual contributor, reports into the COO and is expected to grow.

Role & Responsibilities

* Develop and drive business cases that outline problems, impacts, proposed solutions and outcomes that help improve our performance and success.
* Identify opportunities to improve or modify products and services to improve customer effectiveness and experience, and recommend those improvements through proper channels, driving product/services enhancements and development
* Conduct a project kick-off call, collaborate, and create project plan
* Communicating project progress, status updates, and issues to stakeholders, both internally and externally, and providing regular reports on project status and financials.

Skills & Qualifications

* Knowledge of Public cloud platforms Azure, or AWS, MS Collaboration suite (Teams, SharePoint), or Contact Center solutions
