    I am working with a Gloucestershire based not-for-profit organisation who are looking for a Data Analyst to join their team and take ownership for KPI reporting across the business. This role sides within a close-knit and collaborative IT team where you will use your experience creating custom Power BI visualisations to deliver high quality and informative reports.

    This is the first role of its kind within the organisation and you will be given the responsibility of working closely with senior stakeholders to report on KPIs in order to make decisions that can improve business processes and performance.

    The organisation have a goal to become a truly data driven organisation and this role will play a vital part in that. The organisation anticipate further growth within the team and you will be at the forefront of this with the opportunity to eventually lead a team of analysts.



    As part of this role, you will be responsible for some of the following areas.

    * Work with senior stakeholders across the organisation to discuss KPI reporting requirements.
    * Lead and advise on best practice when it comes to visualisation and reporting of data.
    * Create impactful and effective data visualisations with Power BI



    This is a salaried role paying up to £45,000 per year depending on experience. You will be required to work 2 days in the company office in Gloucestershire with the other 3 days spent working remotely. There is also a company benefits package which includes generous holiday allowance, a contributory pensions scheme and training programmes alongside other benefits.



    To be successful in this role you will have.

    * Excellent Power BI skills with experience creating bespoke dashboards and reports.
    * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    * Experience using SQL for data extraction and manipulation will be beneficial.

    What does my client need?

    My client requires a skilled Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect, with a proven track record in Dynamics CE/ CRM implementation. Successful candidates will hold a high level of functional knowledge of the Dynamics 365/ Power Platform product suite, and have experience in the design and architecture of Dynamics 365 solutions; across a variety of sectors.

    Responsibilities of the role

    - Design and architect Dynamics 365 CE solutions to best satisfy a customer's requirements within the constraints and best practice guidelines.
    - Take a key role within the CE Practice as Solution Architect; promoting functional best practice in delivery
    - Work closely with a senior team to build strategy/ direction to ensure successful and complete growth of the practice
    - Work across multiple projects at any one time as well as providing support to the wider team when required, including pre-sales discovery work

    Skill set



    * Proven experience working in a senior consulting and lead capacity with Dynamics 365 CE/ Power Platform
    * Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/ CRM project experience - strong solution understanding
    * Hands on experience in PowerApps (preferable, not essential)
    * Broad modular background/ understanding - ideally across marketing, sales, professional services
    * Sure Step delivery methodology experience
    * Confident management ability, proven experience in team leadership/ management

    Location

    The role will be home based, with an expectation to be on client site/ in office across the UK 2-3 days per week.

    Urgent requirement for a Business Systems Support Analyst, who can offer experience supporting D365 Business Central/ Dynamics NAV, for an exciting role with a nationwide manufacturing/ supply chain business.     I'm looking for a data professional with skills in Excel and Power BI to join a family-run business near to Grimsby, to take the lead on effective reporting and analytics across the organisation.
