Business Central Senior Consultant - Raleigh, NC/Remote - $130k

A growing Microsoft Partner, with a presence throughout the US and Canada, is looking for an ERP Functional Consultant with experience configuring and implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central systems.

This role calls for someone customer-facing who is able to translate technical concepts to non-technical personnel and speak the language of not just IT Directors but also members of the finance and operations departments for their customers.

Your New Role:

* Act as a key member of the ERP implementation team, being part of the project from requirements gathering to post go-live support
* Be the go-to Product Expert for Dynamics 365 Business Central, both internally for the implementation team and answering questions for end clients on system functionality
* Work alongside customer stakeholders in understanding their business needs and designing a system that fits these requirements
* Troubleshoot any system errors and identify paths for improvement
* Collaborate with a development team on designing a technical blueprint and with customization
* Train and support key users both at customer sites and remotely
* Manage upgrades and integrations with ISV products and reporting tools

What You'll Need:

* Strong functional D365 Business Central knowledge
* Business Central implementation experience is a plus
* Consulting background preferred, not required
* Experience with Power BI, EDI, or WMS add-ons is preferred, but not necessary
* Excellent business process acumen, especially for accounting, manufacturing, or supply chain
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Bachelor's Degree in relevant studies (Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, Mathematics, etc.)
