D365 Business Central/NAV Data Analyst |$75k - $85k Base Salary | Fully On-site (Bensalem, PA)



Brief Overview:

As a Data Analyst, you'll leverage data analysis techniques to create reports and dashboards, integrating and cleansing data from multiple sources. Collaborating with stakeholders, you'll enhance decision-making using tools like SQL, PowerBI, and Excel, driving data-driven solutions to business challenges while adapting to evolving technology and corporate strategies.



Role & Responsibilities:

* Support business objectives by analyzing data, creating reports, and dashboards, and deriving insights.
* Gain access to relevant data sources, integrating and cleansing data for unified reporting.
* Collaborate with stakeholders on data-driven projects, documenting processes and observations.
* Utilize tools and techniques to enhance decision-making, insights, and audit processes.
* Participate in data analytics projects, particularly those supporting accounting and audit initiatives, as required.



Base Requirements:

* 3+ years of data analysis experience with proficiency in SQL, PowerBI, and Excel.
* Demonstrated ability to leverage data for business solutions and problem-solving.
* Strong data analysis skills including querying, extraction, and transformation.
* Bachelor's degree in quantitative methods or related field.
* Preferred experience with Microsoft ERP systems and basic finance/accounting knowledge.
* Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and providing status updates.



Additional Requirements:

* Overtime or weekend work or on-call will be required from time to time.
