MS Dynamics (D365 CE) - Business Analyst - up to £65,000 - Home-based, with occasional days on-site (North West) - End User (Environmental Services)

A leading Engineering & Environmental services company is growing their in-house Dynamics team ahead of an exciting pipeline of projects.

The client is seeking a skilled & ambitious Business Analyst, with proven experience delivering complex & challenging CRM Projects (D365 CE).

In this role, you'll be a key figure in an Agile delivery team and will be responsible for delivering a full range of D365 solution activities to help support the enterprise vision/strategy for a market leader in engineering & environmental services.

Skills/knowledge

* Dynamics CRM (D365 CE) - including sales, marketing & customer service
* Requirements gathering & analysis
* Process mapping, analysis & functional documentation
* Agile methodologies
* Stakeholder management

Package

* Salary up to £65,000 (plus bonus & benefits)
* 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays
* Hybrid working, with occasional days on-site (Cheshire)
