A small and fast-growing Power Platform Consultancy is seeking a Microsoft Fabric Data Engineer to join their dynamic team in London, and play a key role in expanding their Microsoft Fabric offering.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking consultancy that is passionate about delivering cutting-edge data solutions. You'll be working closely with clients to help them unlock the full potential of their data using Microsoft Fabric, acting as a trusted advisor and technical expert.

This role is ideal for someone currently working in a consultancy or someone eager to step into their first consulting role. In line with a hybrid working model, you'll spend 2-3 days per week in Central London for team collaboration and client engagement.

The Role:

As a Fabric Data Engineer, you will:

* Lead the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Fabric projects for a range of clients.
* Act as a Fabric Subject Matter Expert, championing best practices and innovative solutions.
* Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable data solutions.
* Be hands-on with the development, implementation, and optimisation of Fabric-based architectures.
* Collaborate with a talented team, including a Microsoft MVP, in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

Experience Required:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

* Proven experience working with Microsoft Fabric or strong expertise in related technologies such as Power BI, Azure Synapse, Data Factory, Azure Data Lake etc.
* A solid understanding of data engineering principles, including data modelling, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing.
* Hands-on experience with Power BI and DAX, and ideally some exposure to Notebooks, Pipelines, or Lakehouses within Fabric.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
* A proactive, client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
* Previous experience in a consulting environment is highly desirable but not essential.

My client is an expanding Microsoft Partner that specialises in providing Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC/ NAV ERP systems to a host of interesting customers across the UK/ Europe. With a full order book in place for the remainder of 2025/ into '26, the business is actively seeking an enthusiastic professional, with skills in the end to end implementation of ERP software (analysis, requirement gathering through to training/ go-live) to join their team, cross train to Microsoft Dynamics, and forge a career in Dynamics 365 functional consultancy!

The Role

This role is fully home based, with the expectation of occasional travel to customer site when required. Responsibilities will include:

* Business process analysis
* Requirement gathering/ design
* Functional installation, configuration and testing
* Key user training
* Go-live system support/ process improvement

The position offers:

A well-established software consultancy is expanding its Business Intelligence offering and is looking for a Junior Power BI Consultant to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Power BI enthusiast who's eager to grow into a fully-fledged, customer-facing Consultant role.

You'll be home-based, with some travel to Solihull - initially this will be as much as once a week, likely reducing over time.

What You'll Be Doing

* Collaborating with internal teams to scope and deliver Power BI solutions.
* Leading discovery sessions and supporting pre-sales activities, including demos and presentations.
* Designing, developing, and implementing bespoke Power BI dashboards and reports.
* Providing training and support to end users.

You'll be supported every step of the way, with a clear path to becoming a fully-fledged Consultant within approximately 18 months. At that point, you can expect a significant uplift in your package - including a higher base salary, car allowance, and performance bonus.

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience designing and developing Power BI reports using Power Query and DAX.
* Strong analytical and requirements-gathering skills.
* A genuine interest in pre-sales and solution architecture.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
