    Responsibilities

    * Build, develop and continue personal and technical relationship with clients
    * Guarantee high level of ownership when incidents happen as well as incident lifecycle to a suitable decision
    * Examine customer difficulties and supply suitable answers with SLA schedules
    * Find out the main cause of customer increase and attempt for a problem free approach
    * Know and control the escalations processes with our partners as well as internally
    * Create performance monitors and recordings to verify concerns or configuration problems and provide recommendations to rectify as suitable



    Experience

    * Great experience in a similar role, supporting with 2nd or 3rd line support problems within Microsoft 365 and Azure PaaS and IaaS arrangements
    * Worked in troubleshooting and supporting customer situations mainly with Azure IaaS and PaaS environment, involving and not just to Azure AD Services, Azure Monitor Intune and Azure Networking.
    * Knowledge of troubleshooting Windows Servers and Active Directory
    * Experience with Troubleshooting MS teams Infrastructure including SBC's



    Desirable

    * Any qualifications with MS-7xx, MS-900, AZ-900 or AZ-104
    * University degree
    * SC Clearable and eligible
    * ILR or British Passport

    Our client, a Microsoft Partner, is looking to add a Customer Engagement Lead/CSM to its team. This is a customer facing position with the goal of selling client's products and services to customers. This role is a high level individual contributor, reports into the COO and is expected to grow.

    Role & Responsibilities

    * Develop and drive business cases that outline problems, impacts, proposed solutions and outcomes that help improve our performance and success.
    * Identify opportunities to improve or modify products and services to improve customer effectiveness and experience, and recommend those improvements through proper channels, driving product/services enhancements and development
    * Conduct a project kick-off call, collaborate, and create project plan
    * Communicating project progress, status updates, and issues to stakeholders, both internally and externally, and providing regular reports on project status and financials.

    Skills & Qualifications

    * Knowledge of Public cloud platforms Azure, or AWS, MS Collaboration suite (Teams, SharePoint), or Contact Center solutions
    * Knows the market as an experienced technical product manager, can advise and sell customers on product(s). Will need to learn Client's products. Not expected to know client's products as they are 'very unique'
    * Responsible to drive Deliverables, Timelines, and Quality. Has Technical credibility and authority with Azure or AWS. May come from a technical environment of working for contact centers, or security centers.
