Consultant Sharepoint et Power Platform - H/F - CDI - Paris et Toulouse



Mon client, spécialisé sur les technologies Microsoft, souhaite agrandir son équipe Digital Workplace et recherche son/sa future Consultant(e) Sharepoint et Power Platform.



En intégrant la structure, vos missions seront les suivantes :

* Accompagner vos clients dans leur stratégie digitale : auditer l'existant, analyser leurs besoins et contraintes
* Organiser des ateliers de spécifications techniques
* Rédaction de la documentation technique
* Concevoir et développer des applications pour permettre de digitaliser les processus métiers via la Power Platform, sur Nintex, sur les briques Microsoft 365 et sur Sharepoint (OP & Online)
* Prendre part à des projets de migration vers Microsoft 365 ou à des montées de versions Sharepoint
* Maintenir une veille technologique et suggérer des axes d'amélioration



Profil recherché :

* De formation BAC+5, dans l'idéal en ingénierie, vous disposez d'une expérience de 3 ans minimum sur un poste similaire
* Vous avez une expertise technique dans les domaines suivants : Sharepoint (OP & Online), Briques collaboratives Microsoft 365, Power Platform (Power apps et Power Automate), Scripting Powershell, Développement SPFx, Sharegate, Angular, React…
* Vous maîtrisez l'anglais (Oral et écrit)

As the SharePoint Developer, you will need to have a strong understanding of SharePoint Online, be well-versed in creating custom solutions using the SharePoint Framework, and have a passion for developing modern, user-friendly SharePoint pages.

* Create modern, responsive SharePoint pages, web parts, and applications that meet business requirements and adhere to best practices
* Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality SharePoint Online customizations
* Implement responsive designs using CSS frameworks, such as Bootstrap or Fluent UI
* Develop and maintain custom workflows, forms, and integrations with other systems using Power Automate, Power Apps, or other technologies as needed
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint Online customizations, performance, and usability
* Provide support, maintenance, and updates for existing SharePoint Online solutions
* Document technical specifications, processes, and best practices for SharePoint Online development
* Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices

What you will bring to us (Must):

* Active TS/SCI Clearance with a CI Polygraph
* Current DoD IAT II Level certification or ability to obtain in first 90 days

Would be nice if you bring the following (Highly Desired):

* Proficient in JavaScript, as well as a handle on and/or ability to learn React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
* Knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Graph API
* Familiarity with CSS frameworks, such as Bootstrap or Fluent U
* Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
* Familiarity with other Microsoft technologies, such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Office UI Fabric
* Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment

SharePoint Online Developer

Responsibilities:

* Design and Development:

* Create modern, responsive SharePoint pages, web parts, and applications using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, TypeScript, and other web technologies.
* Implement responsive designs with CSS frameworks like Bootstrap or Fluent UI.
* Develop and maintain custom workflows, forms, and integrations using Power Automate, Power Apps, or other technologies.

* Collaboration and Customization:

* Work with stakeholders and team members to gather requirements and design solutions.
* Deliver high-quality SharePoint Online customizations.
* Provide support, maintenance, and updates for existing solutions.

* Troubleshooting and Optimization:

* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint Online customizations, performance, and usability.
* Stay updated with the latest SharePoint Online features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve solutions.

* Documentation and Code Quality:

* Document technical specifications, processes, and best practices.
* Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.

Qualifications:

* Required:

* Active TS/SCI Clearance with a CI Polygraph.
* Current DoD IAT II Level certification or ability to obtain within the first 90 days.

* Highly Desired:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
* 2-3+ years of experience in SharePoint Online development, including custom solution creation using SPFx.
* Proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
* Experience with modern SharePoint page development and web part creation.
* Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Graph API.
* Familiarity with CSS frameworks like Bootstrap or Fluent UI.
* Experience with Microsoft SharePoint or Microsoft 365 certification.
* Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
* Familiarity with other Microsoft technologies, such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Office UI Fabric.
* Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
* Experience with Nintex Forms & PowerApp Development is a plus.
