    I am working with a Gloucestershire based not-for-profit organisation who are looking for a Data Analyst to join their team and take ownership for KPI reporting across the business. This role sides within a close-knit and collaborative IT team where you will use your experience creating custom Power BI visualisations to deliver high quality and informative reports.

    This is the first role of its kind within the organisation and you will be given the responsibility of working closely with senior stakeholders to report on KPIs in order to make decisions that can improve business processes and performance.

    The organisation have a goal to become a truly data driven organisation and this role will play a vital part in that. The organisation anticipate further growth within the team and you will be at the forefront of this with the opportunity to eventually lead a team of analysts.



    As part of this role, you will be responsible for some of the following areas.

    * Work with senior stakeholders across the organisation to discuss KPI reporting requirements.
    * Lead and advise on best practice when it comes to visualisation and reporting of data.
    * Create impactful and effective data visualisations with Power BI



    This is a salaried role paying up to £45,000 per year depending on experience. You will be required to work 2 days in the company office in Gloucestershire with the other 3 days spent working remotely.     To be successful in this role you will have.

    * Excellent Power BI skills with experience creating bespoke dashboards and reports.
    * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

You will work closely with the analytics manager to enable the organisation to become truly data driven and ensure management can make key decisions with data at the heart of their thinking.

    The role reports into the BI lead where you will join a close-knit Business Intelligence team where you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with like-minded professionals.     I'm working with a small and growing family-run Microsoft Gold Partner Consultancy, who are looking for a Business Intelligence professional with a strong background in Data Warehousing to join their team on a remote basis (with occasional travel to client site and team get-togethers).

    The ideal candidate will come from a strong Business Intelligence Development background, with a track-record of designing and developing data warehousing solutions, and will have a keen interest in Azure technologies - even if you've not worked on Azure before, please still apply!

    You'll work across the entire client project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through to solution design, development, implementation and providing end-user training and support. You'll do this as part of a close-knit technical team, working on varied projects which may include Power BI implementation, Data Engineering and Azure Data Migration, as only a few examples.

    With increased demand from their clients for Azure Data Platform services, this role would give you the opportunity to develop skills with tools such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Synapse Analytics and Databricks!

    * Any experience with Azure would be beneficial but not essential
