As an integral part of their IT organization, you will work closely with management, stakeholders, and end-users to drive efficiency and innovation across their mission-critical operations.

    Role Overview:
    As the D365 AX/D365 BA - Plan to Inventory Specialist, you will serve as the client's subject matter expert and business partner, utilizing your deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics D365 to evaluate processes, identify fit/gaps, design comprehensive solutions, and implement features that optimize their operations. You will play a pivotal role in project management, ensuring technical aspects meet required standards for functionality, operability, and documentation.

    Responsibilities:

    * Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end solutions for manufacturing, inventory, master production control, quality control, and advanced warehouse management.
    * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business processes and requirements.
    * Conduct testing of releases and provide advanced support for their systems.
    * Serve as a hybrid model employee, with occasional onsite visits to their other facilities.

    Qualifications:

    * Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent. Master's degree preferred.
    * Experience in the manufacturing vertical supporting enterprise systems.
    * Hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX, with a focus on manufacturing, warehousing, supply chain, and inventory.
    * At least 2 full-cycle ERP implementations of Microsoft Dynamics.
    * Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

    Role
    We are currently seeking a Senior Microsoft Stack Developer to focus on an evolving Microsoft Dynamics and Azure-based business system that caters to the needs of a rapidly growing company. This dynamic role is ideal for an adept developer keen on receiving training and expanding their skill set into the Microsoft Dynamics CRM API and SDK, Plugin Registration Tool, XrmToolBox, and XrmToolkit. The position provides avenues to enhance existing customizations and code while also creating new solutions within the broader Microsoft Azure ecosystem. While the role is preferably based in one of our U.S offices (Boston, New York, or San Francisco), remote work options are available. As a crucial member of the Bridgespan Information Services Team, this role reports to the Director of Engineering.

    Key Responsibilities:
    * Design, document, develop, test, and deploy enhancements for Dynamics CRM Online, incorporating custom plugins, workflows, and form automation using C# and other technologies.
    * Customize and administer out-of-the-box solutions, including new entities, form upgrades, dashboards, and reports.
    * Build, maintain, and upgrade custom integrations between CRM and external databases using C#, SQL, and Azure Logic Apps.
    * Provide development support for other Microsoft-based business solutions.
    * Collaborate within an Agile methodology with product owners, project managers, and analysts to deliver design schematics, scope, and timeline estimations to internal clients.
    * Identify and troubleshoot technical issues independently and promptly.
    * Coordinate customization and development with external Dynamics consultants.
    * Occasional travel to our Boston headquarters (if not based in the Greater Boston area) for onboarding, training, team meetings, and potentially to other U.S. offices for special events.
    * Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:
    * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
    * 7+ years of experience in Microsoft technologies, including C#, .NET, HTML, and CSS.
    * 4+ years of developer experience with Microsoft T-SQL.
    * Experience with Dynamics CRM plugin creation, custom workflow activities, and form automation is advantageous but not mandatory.
    * Willingness to quickly adapt to new technologies, particularly Microsoft Dynamics and the Microsoft Power Platform.
    * Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment.
    * Creative thinker and resourceful problem-solver with the ability to swiftly identify pros/cons, potential risks, and alternative solutions.
    * Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to self-motivate against deadlines.
    * Strong verbal and written communication skills.
