    I'm seeking a talented Business Analyst, for an exciting long term contract for a prestige Insurance company. The position is outside IR35 and Hybrid (2 days a week in office)

    You MUST have a strong background in the insurance industry, particularly within commercial lines. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the policy lifecycle, business processes, and the core functionalities of Policy Administration Systems (PAS). This role is crucial for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring our systems and processes are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness.

    Responsibilities:

    * Serve as a subject matter expert on the commercial insurance policy lifecycle, including quoting, binding, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
    * Analyze and document business processes, identifying areas for improvement and automation within our Policy Administration System.
    * Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, refine, and document business requirements for system enhancements and new projects.

    Qualifications:
