    D365 Commerce Systems Architect

    An established end-user organization is seeking a Dynamics 365 Commerce Systems Architect to lead the architecture, design, and long-term strategy of their commerce and ERP platforms. This is a high-impact role for a senior technical architect who has deep experience working in complex, enterprise environments and can bridge modern Microsoft technologies with business objectives.

    The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise with Dynamics 365 Commerce and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, serving as the technical authority for system integrations, scalability, performance, and future enhancements. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT leadership, and external partners to ensure a cohesive, future-proof architecture.

    Key Qualifications & Experience:
    * 8-10+ years of experience as a Technical Architect in an enterprise environment
    * Proven hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Commerce (required)
    * Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (required)
    * Experience designing and supporting enterprise-level architectures, integrations, and customizations
    * Ability to lead technical strategy and guide development teams across multiple systems
    * Experience with Oracle JDE or Oracle EBS is a strong plus
    * Strong understanding of retail, omnichannel, and commerce-driven business processes
    * Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical design into business impact

    Inventory Manager - Dynamics GP - Cranbury, NJ - $75k

    About the Role

    Our client is a small, stable family business that's been operating for decades. We're looking for a hands‑on Inventory Manager to own end‑to‑end inventory control-driving order fulfillment excellence, accurate stock reporting, and forward‑looking demand forecasts. You'll be the connective tissue between Warehousing, Customer Service, and Sales Operations, ensuring the right product is available, in the right place, at the right time.

    What You'll Do

    * Inventory Control & Accuracy: Maintain optimal stock levels; own cycle counts, reconciliations, and root‑cause analysis for variances.
    * Order Fulfillment: Oversee pick/pack/ship priorities, reduce backorders, and collaborate with Customer Service and Warehouse to hit service‑level targets.
    * Forecasting & Planning: Build and refine rolling demand forecasts; align with Sales Ops on promotions/seasonality; recommend buys and safety stock.
    * Reporting & Analytics: Produce weekly/monthly reports on on‑hand, turns, aging/slow‑moving items, fill rate, backorder trends, and forecast accuracy.
    * Process Improvement: Streamline replenishment, receiving, and put‑away processes; standardize SOPs; champion continuous improvement.
    * Cross‑Functional Leadership: Serve as the primary interface for inventory topics with Warehousing, Customer Service, Sales Ops, and Purchasing.
    * Systems Ownership: Leverage Microsoft Dynamics ERP (Great Plains) to manage item masters, reorder points, BOMs/kits (as applicable), and transaction integrity.

    Required Qualifications

    * 4+ years in Inventory Management, Supply Chain, or Operations within distribution, wholesale, or manufacturing.
    * Microsoft Dynamics ERP experience-preferably Dynamics GP (Great Plains); Business Central or Navision also a plus.
    * Proficiency with Excel (VLOOKUP's/index‑match, pivot tables) and operational reporting.
    * Demonstrated success improving fill rate, reducing stockouts, and optimizing working capital.
    * Strong communication skills; comfortable partnering with warehouse teams and customer‑facing functions.

    Preferred/Bonus

    * Experience with cycle count programs, ABC classification, safety‑stock modeling, and demand planning methods.
    * Familiarity with Power BI or similar BI tools; SQL exposure helpful.
    * Background coordinating with 3PLs or multiple warehouses.

    * Inventory turns & days on hand
    * Stockout and backorder rates
    * Forecast accuracy (MAPE/Bias)
    * Shrink/variance and working‑capital tied up in inventory

    About the Role

    As a Dynamics 365 Systems Analyst, you will serve as a hands‑on implementer and functional expert across Dynamics 365 CRM and Field Service. You will collaborate with stakeholders across business units to gather requirements, configure the platform, execute testing cycles, and support ongoing system improvements.

    Your work will directly impact the efficiency and scalability of dispatch operations, service delivery, sales processes, and customer engagement.

    This role requires periodic travel across the United States to support discovery sessions, implementation projects, and on‑site system rollouts.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Lead functional configuration and implementation efforts within Dynamics 365 CE, Field Service and the Power Platform, including work orders, scheduling, assets, inventory, and mobile features.
    * Partner with sales, service operations, dispatch, and administrative teams to gather and document business requirements.
    * Translate requirements into actionable system enhancements, configurations, or process improvements.
    * Execute UAT cycles, validate new features, manage feedback, and ensure successful deployment across business units.
    * Support integrations between Field Service, ERP systems, and other business platforms.
    * Develop workflows, business rules, views, dashboards, and entity configurations to support evolving operational needs.
    * Provide post‑deployment support to ensure adoption and continuous improvement.
    * Collaborate closely with IT, project managers, and leadership to maintain alignment with organizational priorities and system roadmap.
    * Assist in onboarding newly acquired companies by assessing operational processes and implementing Dynamics 365 to support them.

    Qualifications

    * 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, with a strong emphasis on Field Service.
    * Hands‑on experience implementing Field Service modules, including work order management, scheduling, inventory, resources, and technician mobility.
    * Solid background in requirements gathering, business process mapping, and functional solution design.
    * Experience conducting functional testing, documenting observations, and refining system enhancements.
    * Strong problem‑solving and cross‑functional communication skills.
    * Ability to simplify complex system concepts for diverse business users.
    * Comfortable traveling up to 25-50% for project work, workshops, and implementations.
    * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred.
