    We are recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join a well-established Microsoft Partner, focusing on new business sales within the Not-for-Profit (NFP) sector. This role is centred around Dynamics CRM and offers the opportunity to work with purpose-driven organisations. The team is small, collaborative, and offers strong support for those who show commitment and drive.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    * Drive new business sales into the charity and NFP market
    * Work with warm leads and develop new customer relationships
    * Understand and analyse business requirements

    * Present solutions to prospective clients alongside presales and technical teams

    Skills & Qualifications

    Role & Responsibilities

    * Design, develop, and implement solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

    * Customise and configure Dynamics 365 CE to meet client requirements.

    This Consultancy are both a Microsoft Partner and a Databricks Partner, and are experts in helping their clients to better manage and uncover the value in their data.     Snowflake Data Engineer

    I am working with a hugely successful organisation based in Leeds who are looking for a Snowflake Data Engineer to join their newly formed data practice. You will join a business to work on their exciting Greenfield data platform project, where you will have the opportunity to create the data warehouse from scratch and shape the ongoing direction of the data platform.

    You will work to build and maintain a robust and scalable data platform and will support the organisation's BI and analytics goals. You will work closely with developers to transform data ready for reporting purposes to deliver accurate information to key business stakeholders.

    As part of this role you will be responsible for -

    * Design and develop data pipelines ensuring the successful integration of data from multiple sources
    * Work with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver an appropriate solution
    * Optimise data models for reporting
    * Focus on data security across the Snowflake data platform and implement data governance policies
    * Continually monitor all data systems to ensure reliability and scalability

    To be successful in this role you will have.

    * Strong experience working with Snowflake designing data platforms and creating data pipelines
    * A strong understanding of data storage in a cloud-based environment and data integration
    * Experience working with both structured and unstructured data
    * Strong knowledge of data governance
    * Strong stakeholder management experience

    Nigel Frank are working exclusively with a global tech consultancy, with a fantastic opportunity for a D365FO Technical Architect. This is a delivery-focused position where you would be instrumental in shaping and defining architectures for major clients using the Microsoft technology stack, with a strong focus on D365FO.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the technical fit of solutions, owning both high-level and low-level design, and driving end-to-end implementations. A strong understanding of integration architecture and the ability to design secure, scalable solutions using the wider Microsoft ecosystem-including Azure and Power Platform-are key.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    * Proven experience delivering end-to-end ERP solutions, from early planning through to deployment, using Dynamics 365 and its supporting technologies.
    * Practical experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) methodologies, ideally using platforms like Azure DevOps to streamline development and release processes.
    * A genuine interest in D365FO and the Power Platform, with awareness of their strengths, limitations, and how they fit into broader digital ecosystems. Knowledge of other Microsoft services such as Azure and SharePoint is a strong advantage.
