    Job Description

    I'm working with a large UK Charity to find a Data Strategy Lead to become part of their large fundraising team. This role will involve developing a data strategy to help them to deliver the most powerful fundraising and supporter engagement.

    This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an organisation with a real purpose and a chance to add real value to this organisation - if you're looking for an organisation where your ideas will be listened to, this is a great role as they're highly receptive to change.

    Now is also a great chance to get involved with them as they begin their investment and implementation of Power BI - any experience with Power BI would be beneficial but is by no means essential.

    To be successful in this role, you will need to have both strong technical skills and leadership skills as you will have 3 people reporting to you - a data insight analyst and two data selection analysts.

    This is a fully remote role however may require occasional travel to the London office.



    Skill-Set

    * Strong CRM experience (essential) - experience with Dynamics would be highly beneficial but is not essential to the role
    * Prior experience leading data transformation projects (essential)
