About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact projects within our growing organization. In this role, you'll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external suppliers. You'll work closely with business leaders, technical teams, and vendors to drive strategic initiatives that support our growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and deliver assigned IT projects to scope, budget, and quality standards.
*

Oversee and coordinate resources for project execution, including internal teams and external vendors.
*

Develop and maintain project documentation, delivery plans, and, when needed, budgets.
*

Manage relationships with suppliers and stakeholders both within and outside the company.
*

Lead solution analysis and design during change processes:

*

Identify and analyze business issues and root causes.
*

Recommend process improvements and technical solutions.

*

Provide expertise in state-of-the-art IT technologies.
*

Contribute to 2nd-level support and assist other project leaders as needed.
*

Work collaboratively across teams to ensure alignment with central IT governance.

Requirements

*

5+ years of experience as an IT Administrator, Project Manager, or Consultant.
*

Background working in an IT organization with centralized governance.
*

Strong understanding of ERP systems (Business Central experience a plus).

Job Title: Business Central Functional Consultant (Manufacturing)
Location: Remote (25% Travel)

Overview:

Our client is seeking a Business Central Functional Consultant to join their growing team. This is a remote role with approximately 25% travel to client sites across the U.S. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in manufacturing and supply chain and be comfortable working directly with stakeholders to optimize business processes using Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with manufacturing clients to gather, document, and analyze business requirements
*

Configure and customize Business Central to align with operational goals and industry best practices
*

Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and user adoption activities
*

Provide functional support during implementations, upgrades, and post-go-live phases
*

Partner with technical teams to design and deliver tailored solutions
*

Maintain clear documentation of business processes, configurations, and system changes
*

Travel up to 25% for discovery, go-live, and on-site support as needed

Ideal Background:

*

5+ years of experience as a Dynamics NAV or Business Central Functional Consultant
*

Solid understanding of manufacturing workflows, including BOMs, routings, production orders, MRP, and inventory control
*

Strong client-facing and communication skills
*

Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
*

Experience with Power BI or related reporting tools is a plus
*

Microsoft certifications are a bonus
