    Key Responsibilities

    * Lead the design, development, and maintenance of business intelligence dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support strategic initiatives.
    * Oversee data collection, integration, and analysis from multiple structured and unstructured sources to deliver accurate and meaningful insights.
    * Manage end-to-end analytics projects, from requirements gathering and data preparation to presentation and recommendation delivery.

    Job Requirements

    * Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
    * Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in business/data analytics, including at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead capacity.
    * Hands-on experience in system design, data transformation, and business process analysis.
    * Expertise in Power BI, SQL/PL-SQL, Python, VBA, RPA, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 suite.
    * Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
