    Job Description

    We are seeking a talented Dynamics 365 CE Data Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving business decisions through data analysis and insights. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data within the Dynamics 365 platform, leveraging tools like Power BI and SQL to provide actionable insights. You will work cross-functionally with stakeholders to understand business needs, drive performance analysis, and recommend data-driven strategies that enhance sales, marketing, and customer service functions.

    Role & Responsibilities

    *

    Data Extraction & Transformation:

    *

    Access and extract data from various Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service).
    *

    Identify and resolve data quality issues, including duplicates, inconsistencies, and missing information.
    *

    Cleanse, transform, and normalize data to prepare it for advanced analysis.

    2. Statistical Analysis & Insights:

    *

    Apply statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within datasets.
    *

    Analyze data to calculate key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business goals.
    *

    Provide valuable insights into customer behavior, sales performance, and campaign effectiveness.

    3. Reporting & Data Visualization:

    *

    Design and develop comprehensive reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar visualization tools.
    *

    Create interactive, user-friendly visualizations to help stakeholders easily interpret and act on data.
    *

    Automate regular reporting processes to ensure timely access to insights.

    4. Business Insights & Strategic Recommendations:

    *

    Analyze data to generate actionable business insights and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
    *

    Communicate findings clearly and concisely to business leaders and teams, supporting data-driven decision-making.
    *

    Advise on performance improvements and process enhancements based on data trends.

    5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

    *

    Work closely with business users to understand data needs, reporting requirements, and metrics to track.
    *

    Gather feedback on reports and dashboards to ensure alignment with evolving business goals and priorities.
    *

    Ensure clear communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

    6. Data Governance & Quality Control:

    *

    Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with data governance and privacy policies.
    *

    Continuously monitor and assess data quality, implementing corrective measures where necessary.
    *

    Support the data normalization process to ensure consistent, reliable datasets for business analysis.

    Skills & Qualifications

    *

    Proven experience working as a Data Analyst, with a strong focus on Dynamics 365 data.
    *

    Proficiency in SQL, with experience in data extraction, querying, and manipulation.
    *

    Expertise in Power BI or similar reporting and visualization tools.
    *

    Strong understanding of statistical analysis and ability to calculate KPIs and other performance metrics.
    *

    Experience working with multiple Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service).
    *

    Familiarity with data cleansing and normalization techniques.
    *

    Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
    *

    Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
    *

    Qualifications

    *

    Experience with data governance practices and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

    Job Description

    We are looking for a seasoned Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) Technical Architect with strong consulting experience to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade CRM solutions for our clients. This role combines technical leadership, solution architecture, and client advisory responsibilities, helping businesses transform and optimize their customer engagement through Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.

    Role & Responsibilities

    * Lead the technical architecture, design, and implementation of Dynamics 365 CE solutions, primarily across Sales, Customer Service, and custom modules.
    * Engage directly with clients to understand business objectives, gather technical requirements, and architect tailored D365 CE solutions that align with business goals.
    * Provide technical leadership across all phases of CRM projects-from pre-sales and discovery to delivery and post-go-live support.
    * Design and oversee customizations, integrations, and extensions using Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Azure services.
    * Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and project managers to ensure delivery of scalable and secure CRM solutions.
    * Create architecture and solution documentation including integration diagrams, data flow maps, and technical specifications.
    * Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for performance, maintainability, and security.
    * Stay current with Microsoft's roadmap and advise clients on how to leverage new features and capabilities.
    * Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and architectural standards.

    Skills & Qualifications

    * 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
    * Proven experience as a Technical Architect or Senior Technical Consultant in client-facing roles.
    * Deep technical knowledge of D365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Marketing).
    * Expertise in the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
    * Experience with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure Functions).
    * Strong understanding of solution lifecycle management, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines for D365.
    * Familiarity with security model, plug-ins, custom workflows, web resources, and APIs (REST/OData).
    * Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
    *

    Preferred:
    * Microsoft certifications such as MB-600, PL-600, or equivalent.
    * Experience with Agile methodologies, project delivery frameworks, and CRM strategy.
    * Background in data migration, ETL tools (KingswaySoft, Scribe), and reporting tools (Power BI).
    * Experience working with global or enterprise clients and multi-phase CRM implementations.
