    DWH Developer - SSIS / ETL - Up to £43k

    One of my clients are actively looking to grow out their Digital Practice. Within the practice, they recruit a multitude of disciplines which include Infrastructure, MWP, Security, IT Support as well as Analytics and Development.
    This role sits within the back end development team which is all about ensuring that my client are moving forward and into the cloud world from a data perspective.
    What this means is that applicants will be exposed to the latest cloud tools within the Azure platform whilst simultaneously using their existing knowledge in ideally SSIS, Python or Azure Data Factory.

    This is a salaried position which is paying between £40-£43k. As such, they aren't looking for the finished article (although that would be nice). They are most interested in hiring individuals who show the aptitude and willingness to learn. Someone who wants to get the opportunity to use the latest technology and isn't afraid to get themselves stuck into back end development within the data engineering world.

    Experience sought:

    * SSIS experience is most preferred (failing that, ADF or Python experience)
    * Strong SQL Server experience
    * Additional experience of DWH is highly advantageous, but general migration/integration work is essential

    Client in financial services looking to add to their talented database team with a fully remote DBA.

    Although mainly on premise support, the company are making the move into the cloud space which will likely be a large proportion of the role moving forward.

    I'm looking for a DBA with strong experience in SQL Server (up to 2019), Powershell as well as performing back ups, restores, disaster recovery etc.
