    Dynamics 365 Business Central Specialist Developer
    Location: Downtown Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid)
    Salary: Up to $120,000 base

    About the Role
    We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Business Central Specialist Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both Dynamics NAV and Business Central, with a proven ability to configure, customize, and maintain ERP systems to optimize business processes. You will play a key role in stabilizing and enhancing our system setup, supporting our 40 users, and ensuring accurate reporting, inventory, costing, and financial processes.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Analyze business processes and translate them into optimized configurations within Business Central/NAV.
    * Design pages, create and manage custom fields, and implement logic or rules across modules including inventory, manufacturing, orders, and customers.
    * Customize workflows and automations to streamline operations.
    * Build and maintain reports and dashboards, leveraging Power BI and other BI tools for improved data visualization.
    * Configure and manage integrations, APIs, and data feeds with third-party systems.
    * Provide day-to-day technical support, troubleshoot issues, and coach users as needed.
    * Maintain user roles, registrations, and renewals to ensure seamless system access and security.
    * Collaborate with internal teams and project managers to implement new features and enhancements.
    * Ensure ERP system compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
    * Lead efforts to correct existing setup issues, including inventory, costing, order processing, and financial statements.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    * 4+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV development.
    * Strong proficiency in C/AL and AL extensions coding concepts and customization.
    * Deep understanding of Business Central/NAV modules: Sales, Inventory, Purchase, Financials, Manufacturing, and General Ledger.
    * Experience with Microsoft environments, including Power Platform, PowerPages, and Power BI.
    * Experience with SQL Server, databases, data warehouses, and cloud services (Azure, AWS).
    * Proven ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance ERP systems for optimal performance.
    * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    * Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications are a plus.
    * Strong communication skills and ability to coach end users.

    Preferred Qualifications

    * Experience managing ERP systems during partner transitions.
    * Experience configuring long-term system setups for multi-module environments.

    Staff Accountant - Onsite | Long Beach, CA
    Salary: Up to $75,000



    My client is seeking a hands-on Staff Accountant to join our dynamic and growing team at our Long Beach, CA headquarters. This role is onsite, five days per week, and is ideal for someone with strong foundational accounting experience who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.

    As a company in rapid expansion mode-with a fourth location launching soon and plans to acquire a fifth -you'll play a key role in managing accounting operations from our corporate hub, which oversees all financial functions. Our additional sites are focused on manufacturing and warehousing operations, while this office serves as the financial backbone of the organization.



    Key Responsibilities:

    * Perform full-cycle accounting through month-end close for five entities, including:

    * General ledger entries
    * Detailed payroll journal entries
    * Bank and intercompany reconciliations
    * Supporting intercompany balancing across entities

    * Collaborate daily with the Accounts Payable Manager to ensure timely and accurate payment processing, coding, and ledger alignment
    * Prepare and maintain account reconciliations and journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting



    Required Qualifications:

    * Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, including month-end close
    * Proficiency in:

    * Bank and general ledger account reconciliations
    * Journal entry preparation
    * Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

    * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities across different business entities



    Preferred Qualifications:

    * Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or other ERP platforms
