    Job Description: Dynamics 365 Support Analyst

    We are seeking an enthusiastic Dynamics 365 Support Analyst to join a growing Microsoft partner and service provider. This hybrid role (office attendance required during probation) will see you supporting clients across Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, handling day-to-day support requests, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with project work. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has supported or customised CRM systems and wants to progress toward consultancy or development.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    As a Dynamics 365 Support Analyst, you will:

    *

    Log, manage, and resolve customer requests and issues in line with defined SLAs.
    *

    Troubleshoot and diagnose support issues across on-premise and cloud environments.
    *

    Configure and customise Dynamics 365 fields, forms, workflows, and security settings.
    *

    Work with Power Platform tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps.
    *

    Assist with project work, including new implementations and system improvements.
    *

    Support onboarding of new customers and identify potential opportunities during your work.
    *

    Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, keeping them informed throughout the process.

    Skills and Qualifications

    We are looking for candidates with:

    *

    Experience with Dynamics 365 customisation, including fields, forms, business rules, workflows, and security.
    *

    Data handling experience, including exporting, validating, and reimporting data.
    *

    Around 2 years' experience in a desktop support or similar IT support role.
    *

    Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    *

    Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team.

    Desirable skills:

    *

    Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
    *

    Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365/Entra configuration.
    *

    Basic programming skills or interest in learning JavaScript, C#, React, HTML, or CSS.
    *

    Microsoft certification badges (e.g., PL-200, PL-400) advantageous.

    Job Description

    We're looking for a proactive Dynamics 365 Support Analyst to join a well-established IT and Dynamics service provider. The role involves supporting a variety of client environments across cloud and on-prem setups, providing prompt issue resolution and system enhancements. You'll work closely with customers and internal teams, helping to customise and develop Dynamics 365 solutions, while also contributing to project delivery.

    This role offers exposure to the full Microsoft stack and is ideal for someone with experience supporting or customising internal CRM systems who is looking to advance into consultancy or technical development.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    Handle incoming support tickets and service requests through Dynamics 365
    *

    Investigate and troubleshoot issues via phone, email, or occasional onsite visits
    *

    Customise and configure D365 environments - including fields, forms, workflows, and permissions
    *

    Manage service requests in line with SLAs, escalating where necessary
    *

    Assist with customer onboarding and D365 implementations
    *

    Participate in project work and system improvements
    *

    Identify opportunities for service or solution enhancements

    Maintain clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders throughout

    Skills and Qualifications

    Experience customising Dynamics 365 (e.g. forms, business rules, security settings)

    Good understanding of data handling: exporting, cleaning, and importing records

    Minimum 2 years' experience in a desktop or application support role
    *

    Clear verbal and written communication skills
    *

    Ability to work independently and as part of a small team

    Desirable Skills

    Familiarity with Power Apps and Power Automate
