New End user role - Senior Data Scientist



The ideal candidate will have experience in NLP, statistical, time series analysis, AI cloud infrastructure and IoT systems and possess a first principles understanding of Data science and possess a willingness to approach tasks across the entire discipline.



* 6+ years professional experience developing, deploying and maintaining data science models.
* Solid understanding of foundational statistics concepts, NLU and ML algorithms.
* Experience with scientific stack NumPy, SciPy, scikit-learn, pandas etc
* Experience with Geo-spatial technologies and models.
* Working and developing Large Language Models
* Familiarity with querying SQL platforms including SQL Server (Database/Analysis Services), Azure SQL DB, OSS Databases (PostgreSQL), ETL/ELT systems.
* Experience with Azure stack, Azure data factory, Azure functions.

Functional Architect (Microsoft Dynamics CE/ Integrations) - Sydney

We're partnering with a high-growth, globally expanding Microsoft-focused consultancy to hire a Functional Architect to play a critical leadership role on a major enterprise transformation program.

This is a unique opportunity to join a business that has scaled rapidly (20 → 250+ employees globally in the past year), combining startup energy with the delivery maturity of a top-tier consulting environment.

The Role

This is the most senior functional role on a flagship client program. You'll act as the bridge between business and technology, owning solution design from a functional and architectural perspective.

Working alongside a Technical Lead (who will report into you), you'll define solution patterns, integration approaches, and data strategies, ensuring outcomes are fit-for-purpose and aligned to business goals.

The program is a multi-phase transformation:

Key Responsibilities

*

Lead functional architecture and solution design across a complex Microsoft ecosystem
*

Define data models, migration strategies, and integration patterns
*

Evaluate solution options and clearly articulate trade-offs, risks, and recommendations
*

Collaborate closely with technical teams while maintaining a business-first perspective
*

Act as the Functional Lead across the program, guiding delivery and decision-making
*

Engage with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions

What We're Looking For

*

Proven experience as a Functional Solution Architect / Senior Functional Lead within Microsoft Dynamics environments
*

Background in consulting is essential
*

Likely career path: Functional Consultant → Senior Consultant → Architect (or techno-functional evolution)
*

Strong understanding of:

*

Data structures, data migration, and integration patterns
*

Microsoft integrations stack (e.g. Logic Apps and related services.

*

Ability to operate without heavy technical depth, but confidently guide technical direction and decisions

Responsibilities:

* Conduct thorough testing of data models, transformations, and reporting layers to ensure accuracy and reliability.
* Validate data integrity within Data Warehouses and Data Lakes using structured testing techniques.
* Perform functional and regression testing of reports and data extracts to meet business requirements.
* Collaborate with analysts and developers to ensure data models accurately reflect business needs.
* Use SQL and modern data tools to troubleshoot issues, support ETL testing, and enhance automation.



Requirements:

* Demonstrated expertise in testing data models and transformations within analytics and reporting environments.
* Strong experience in validating Data Warehouses and Data Lakes using structured schematic models.
* Proven ability to test and verify reports and dashboards developed in Microsoft Power BI.
* Solid knowledge of ETL processes and tools; experience with Microsoft Fabric and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
* Advanced proficiency in SQL, particularly when working with Microsoft SQL Server.
