    This is an opportunity to join a growing business in the Engineering and Manufacturing space and take ownership of the full Power BI lifecycle. In this role you will connect to sources, shape data with Power Query/M, build star-schema models, write advanced DAX, design visuals, and publish to the Service.



    Candidates must be able to demonstrate strong experience in such roles prior to this one. Candidates will also be expected to demonstrate experience with:

    * Building and maintaining enterprise-grade ETL pipelines with SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or similar to feed a data warehouse / data lake.
    * Designing scalable tabular / SSAS models and implementing row-level security on large datasets.
    * Optimizing report and query performance on high-volume platforms such as Snowflake or SQL Server.
    * Administering workspaces, gateways, scheduled refresh, and usage monitoring in Power BI Service.
    * Extending solutions with the wider Microsoft stack (Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure Data Lake) for end-to-end analytics workflows.



    Must-have technical skills

    * Prior experience developing enterprise Power BI solutions.
    * Expert DAX and M query; creating complex KPIs and time-intelligence measures.
    * Strong SQL (T-SQL, Snowflake SQL) and performance tuning.
    * Hands-on experience with SSIS or Azure Data Factory ETL workflows.
    * Proven ability to model data in star / snowflake schemas and secure it with RLS.
    * Experience managing Power BI gateways, incremental refresh, and CI/CD of BI assets (DevOps or Git).

    Our client, a well-established consumer electronics and smart home technology company, is seeking a skilled and experienced Database Administrator (DBA) to join its internal Technology Solutions team. The organization delivers a wide range of tech-driven products through major retail and online channels, and is committed to innovation and operational excellence.

    In this role, the DBA will be responsible for ensuring the performance, reliability, and security of enterprise-level databases supporting critical business operations. This position involves both strategic planning and hands-on administration of Microsoft SQL Server environments, including cloud integration with Microsoft Azure.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Monitor database performance, optimize queries, and conduct regular performance tuning.
    * Install, configure, and upgrade database software and associated tools.
    * Conduct database maintenance tasks, including backups, index rebuilds, and statistics updates.
    * Set up and manage SQL instances for production and test environments, including availability groups and failover clusters.

    More on the Role: The Lead Data Enigneer will have a strong background in data engineering, data warehousing, and cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, Azure. This role will involve leading the design and development of the enterprise data platform including robust data pipelines, development frameworks, and scalable data architectures to support the company's data-driven initiatives.

    Skills & Qualifications

    * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering
    * 7+ years of proven experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong focus on data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and data modeling.
    * Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
    * Hands-on experience with big data technologies such as Kafka, Spark, HDFS, Flink, Trino, Iceberg, etc.
    * Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
