Data Engineer - Midlands - Up to £50k

I'm currently working with a Data & AI consultancy who are looking to grow out their practice.
Initially, they started off as a tiny business who absolutely love data and wanted to share with the world the power and capabilities of what data can do for any organisation. Their passion and love for data showed within their work which ultimately led to more business purely through the word of mouth.
Fast forward a number of years and they were acquired by another equally passionate organisation giving them more of a hold on the UK markets and ultimately, giving their employees the opportunity to transform businesses at a much wider scale.

There are multiple Data Engineer roles available. You will be working as part of an agile team to deliver solutions to a range of clients across a range of different industries where you will be utilising the latest cloud technologies to deliver best in class Data & AI solutions.
Successful applicants will be working across a range of projects. This means there will be a small element of BAU work which includes reporting using reporting tools but also, you'll be given the opportunity to work on greenfield projects where you will be building solutions from the ground up!

This is a salaried position paying from £35k-£60k+ depending on experience. You'll be working amongst an expert team of Developers, Analysts and Engineers which means you'll be given the opportunity to bounce ideas between equally specialist professionals, or if you're on the more junior scale, you'll be given the opportunity to work and learn along side the best professionals within the field.
My client understand the importance of work life balance which is why they boast a hybrid working policy with flexi working.

    Experience required (Not all essential)

    * Experience of Data Engineering or DWH Development
    * Hands on experience with the traditional BI stack / Azure Stack (SSAS, SSIS, SSRS, ADF, Synapse, ADL)
    * Additional experience of Databricks is highly beneficial
    * Strong stakeholders / communication experience

This is a unrivalled opportunity for data professionals looking to really take ownership of something special as well as join an organisation who truly values their people.
We have limited interview slots as they are interviewing now so if you're interested in hearing more, get in touch ASAP!
