    Overview

    We're looking for a highly skilled data professional to design and develop usage analytics solutions across Microsoft Viva modules-Connections, Engage, Insights, Learning, Goals, and Topics. This contract role is fully remote and offers an exciting opportunity to shape how employee engagement and productivity are measured across a global organisation.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Design and implement analytics solutions to track usage across all Microsoft Viva modules.
    * Integrate data from Microsoft Graph, Viva Insights, and Microsoft 365 usage reports.
    * Build interactive dashboards in Power BI for executive and functional reporting.
    * Automate data extraction and transformation using Power Automate, Azure Data Factory, or similar tools.

    Required Skills & Experience

    The team operates mostly remotely, with office collaboration up to once per week alongside the wider BI & Data team and other business stakeholders.
